乳腺癌筛查包括哪些检查？乳腺癌筛查主要通过乳房X线摄影（Mammography）发现早期乳房异常。根据年龄、乳腺密度、家族史、BRCA基因风险及检查结果，医生也可能结合乳腺超声或乳腺MRI进一步评估。乳腺MRI并不是所有女性的常规筛查项目，通常用于乳腺癌高风险人群或需要进一步检查的患者。
卵巢癌治疗能否达到治愈、长期缓解或疾病控制，取决于癌症类型、分期、肿瘤范围、是否发生腹腔或远处转移、手术切除程度、对化疗或靶向治疗的反应，以及患者整体健康状况。对于部分早期卵巢癌患者，治疗通常以手术为主，并根据病理结果评估是否需要进一步治疗；对于晚期、腹腔转移或复发性卵巢癌，医生可能结合手术、化疗、靶向治疗及其他治疗方式制定个性化方案。
