什么是过敏疫苗？
过敏疫苗，或称过敏原免疫治疗（Allergen Immunotherapy），是指将患者所过敏的过敏原以少量、逐步递增的方式引入体内，使患者的免疫系统逐渐建立对该过敏原的耐受性。
目前在泰国主要有两种治疗方式：皮下注射免疫治疗（Subcutaneous Immunotherapy, SCIT）和舌下含服免疫治疗（Sublingual Immunotherapy, SLIT）。
哪些人适合接受过敏疫苗治疗？
患有呼吸道过敏性疾病的患者，例如过敏性鼻炎，或哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎，即使已接受规范药物治疗仍持续存在症状者；以及不希望长期用药或因药物治疗出现副作用的患者。
所有拟接受此类治疗的患者，在开始治疗前都必须先进行过敏检测。检测方式包括：通过抽血检测针对特定过敏原的特异性 IgE 抗体（specific IgE antibodies），或进行皮肤点刺试验（skin prick test）。如果检测结果呈阳性，即对相关过敏原有反应，则可以考虑接受过敏原免疫治疗。
“过敏疫苗的治疗流程是怎样的？需要多频繁、持续多久？”
皮下注射免疫治疗（SCIT）的治疗流程为：在治疗初期需要每周注射一次，随后逐渐延长为每月一次，整个疗程通常持续 3–5 年。该治疗方式适用于 5 岁以上儿童。疫苗必须在医院由专科医生进行注射。
注射后，患者需在医院观察至少 30 分钟，以监测是否出现不良反应。
舌下免疫治疗（SLIT） 需要每日持续使用，疗程至少 3 年。首次开始用药时，应在医院内观察是否出现不良反应；此后可在家中自行含服。目前在泰国，舌下免疫治疗主要适用于对尘螨过敏的患者，可用于 12 岁及以上的人群。
无论是 SCIT 还是 SLIT，整个治疗疗程通常约为 3–5 年。如果用于医疗说明，也可以写成：SCIT 与 SLIT 的治疗总疗程一般为 3 至 5 年。
