We collect information that is necessary and relevant to provide you with medical care and treatment (including that which will help us to prevent, follow up or stop any serious danger, physical harm, or your health issues), and manage our medical practice and services.

Personal information is any information that enables us to identity you, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier as follows:-

We need to collect, store, update, process, and use the personal information mentioned above in order to enable us to give you the best possible care and services in accordance with your needs. For instance, contacting you for your information, informing you of the latest BNH Services, transferring your information via BNH Services and using your data to develop BNH Services in order to actively respond to your needs and desires when using those services.
Additionally, in case that we receive your consent to do so, we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information in order to recommend products, services, and promotions that you might be interested in, or to suggest products, services, and promotions that we think those offers may suit your needs. We may also inform you of any products, services, and promotions through various communication channels that you have provided to us.
How long do we keep your Personal Information?
We will store your personal information on our hospital system(s) for at least 5 years, starting from the day that the hospital first collecting or latest revision, as the case may be. This is a sufficient period of time to expect that any treatment of illness will have been completed, or that any monitoring of symptoms can be completed after the said treatment has taken place. However, the aforementioned period may be extended in cases where the hospital is legally allowed to process such data. After the above period elapses, we will destroy such data in accordance with the hospital’s data destruction guidelines.
Who do we disclose your personal information to and why do we disclose?
We may need to share relevant personal information with our group companies and hospital networks to deliver appropriate treatment and care plans in accordance with your needs.
At times, we engage other third parties as our data processors to render certain services to assist us with provision of the services to you or to respond to your needs. These service providers include administration and IT support service providers, marketing agencies, banks and payment service providers etc. In the course of providing such services, they may have access to your personal information. However, we will only provide them with the information on a need-to-know basis in order to carry out their duties.
We may disclose your personal information to a third-party. That will be done in accordance with your consent. For instance, we may share your personal information with insurance companies or commercial partners, in order to ensure your insurance claim is as efficiently processed as possible, or to ensure you receive appropriate medical services and other additional services from our commercial partners. We will always ensure that they will be subject to non-disclosure obligations. In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal information in order to comply with the applicable laws or order of competent courts or authorities or court orders.
We may store your personal information on a third-party cloud computing system, which may be located inside or outside Thailand. We shall use our best effort in order to maintain and protect the security of your personal information when we enter into an agreement with a third-party.

We shall maintain your personal information in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations, in order to ensure we protect and secure your personal information. This includes, for example, deploy technical measures and appropriate management to secure and safeguard your personal information such as safety protocol (Security Sockets Layer: SSL) for internet encryption.
When providing medical services via BNH Websites and Applications, we may store your personal information related to those services with a third-party outside Thailand. That will be done in accordance with proper and necessary measures and we will always exercise our best effort in order to maintain and protect the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we restrict access to your personal information to our employees or individuals who require that personal information in order to provide medical services or other services that improve your comfort and convenience. This ensures that the medical services and other conveniences that BNH provides are of the greatest benefit to you personally.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access your personal information, including obtain copy of your personal information holding by us, request us to update your incomplete personal information or rectify your inaccurate personal information.
You have the right to object, cease, or cancel your consent of the collection, use, or disclosing of your personal information.
You have the right to request us to delete, destroy, or disclose where we obtained your personal information from.
In the event that we or our employees have processed or disclosed your personal information without your consent, you have the right to make a complaint to the Personal information Protection Committee.
Please acknowledge that certain features or functions associated with BNH Services might be inaccessible, or using and accessing BNH Services and other services under BNH websites might be less convenience in the following events:-
