- This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with purchases health products or health packages on all online platforms (Mbrace, Shopee, Lazada).
- This coupon is transferable and must be used on the day the recipient receives the health check-up service.
- In the case of additional expenses, please pay by cash or credit card only.
