Finance Manager ผู้จัดการแผนกการเงินและประกันภัย จำนวน 1 อัตรา


  • Bachelor degree
  • 3 years experience in management level preferring in Hotel or Hospital
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good management , leadership and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Competent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Customer centric
  • Good command of spoken and written English

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cashier and Thai insurance functions
  • Ensuring staff provides a professional and excellent services for customers
  • Dealing with customers, contract companies , insurance companies including handling complaints
  • Reviewing ,monitoring and coordinating with external or internal unit to minimise financial risks
  • Seeking out new technology to improve work process and customer experience
  • Scheduling staff shift
  • Coordinating with other departments to develop efficient finance and insurance workflow
  • Controlling internal work instruction/process according to the company and group policy
