Coordinate the development of recommended goals and objectives for a variety of volunteer programs; develop, recommend and implement policies and procedures for volunteer programs in conjunction with program committees.
Assist in recruitment of volunteers; maintain centralized information on individual programs and provide information as requested; develop and maintain database of all volunteer programs to include, but not limited to, hours worked, types of services provided and status of individual programs.
Develop and implement standard orientation, training and recognition programs for volunteers in conjunction with program committees to include volunteer handbooks, video presentations and related training materials.
Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to volunteer services; evaluate activities of individual programs and ensure potential liabilities resulting from volunteer activities are minimized. Provide supplemental administrative assistance to volunteer programs as re-quested to include, but not limited to, assistance in obtaining funds, identifying resources, start-up of new programs and promoting cohesiveness and effective communications between separate volunteer groups.
Work generally requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing .
Work requires a minimum of two years experience in patient service/health care or a related human services field (e.g. teaching, training, employee relations, public relations, counseling, or volunteer services).

Follow-up a hiring process: prepare all necessary documents such as Application form, Employment Contract, Newcomer documents, etc.
Searching for qualified candidates as per department requirements.
Completes the regular reports related to recruitment activities, maintains the talent database and able to strengthen the succession plans proactively.
Developing recruitment methods and find digital trend.
Handle recruitment activities such as Job Fair and Campus
Initiate activity and new sourcing channels or methodology to attract candidates
Work closely with line manager on candidate assessment, provide recommendation or solutions for line manager

Excellent in computer literacy: Excel, MS Office.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR functions
