Ineligibility for the Birth & Care Package
- Single pregnancy mothers with less than 36 weeks of gestation (by days) / Twin pregnancy mothers with less than 35 weeks of gestation (by days).
- Mothers who have not completed prenatal care (ANC) according to the hospital’s specified conditions.
- Vaginal birth in mothers with a history of previous caesarean section (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section – VBAC).
- Mothers with health problems or complications during pregnancy that may lead to high-risk childbirth, including:
4.1 Placenta Previa Partialis, Placenta Previa Totalis
4.2 Placental abruption
4.3 Severe preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome
4.4 Gestational diabetes requiring insulin injections.
4.5 History of hyperthyroidism that has not been off medication for more than 3 months, or abnormal pre-delivery thyroid test results.
4.6 Cardiovascular abnormalities such as pulmonary hypertension, mitral stenosis, and aortic stenosis.
4.7 Risk of infectious diseases such as AIDS or epidemic diseases like Zika, MERS-CoV, Avian flu, Covid-19 etc.
