BNH Prenatal Care Package
(Suitable for mothers under 35 with no risk factors, or mothers with their second pregnancy or more.)
Check-up List
- Blood tests for early pregnancy and pre-delivery health assessment.
- Down syndrome screening using highly accurate methods: NIPT Test or Qualify Test.
- Preeclampsia risk assessment (blood pressure during pregnancy, urinalysis) – 10 times.
- Complete blood count (CBC), gestational diabetes screening.
- Influenza vaccine, Tdap vaccine (Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis).
- 2D Ultrasound – 3 times (at 12, 20, and 36 weeks of gestation).
- 4D Ultrasound – 1 time (at 28 weeks of gestation).
- Fetal health assessment using NST machine – 1 time.
- Group B Streptococcus (GBS) screening at 36-37 weeks of gestation (for natural delivery mothers only).
- Pre-delivery and pre-C-section health assessment (Pre-operation Lab Test).

BNH Absolute Prenatal Care Package
(Suitable for high-risk pregnant mothers aged 35 and above who wish to reduce the severity of allergies during pregnancy.)
Check-up List

New Mothers Should Know! How to Prepare for Pregnancy
- The first important step when you suspect or find out you are pregnant is to see a doctor to confirm the pregnancy and plan for regular prenatal care.
- If you are taking certain medications before or during pregnancy, you should inform your doctor. If you feel unwell or have a fever, consult your doctor as some medications can affect the fetus.
- Eating habits: During each stage of pregnancy, mothers should complete a diet from all 5 food groups and a varied diet. Avoid fermented or raw/undercooked foods, and certain types of deep-sea fish.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages or excessive consumption of caffeinated drinks, such as coffee and tea. Limit sweets and snacks.
- Pregnant women with the following conditions should refrain from sexual intercourse throughout pregnancy: a history of multiple miscarriages, previous premature birth, placenta previa, or unexplained bleeding.
- Exercise appropriately, but mothers should consult a doctor first.
- Avoid exercising if you have: miscarriage, preterm labor, placenta previa, high blood pressure, or heart disease.
- Get enough rest regularly, at least 8 hours per day.
- Wear clean, loose-fitting clothing.
- You can work as usual, but avoid heavy work.
- Dental health checks are important to prevent premature birth.
- Avoid close contact or exposure to people with contagious diseases such as chickenpox or German measles.
