Job Responsibilities

Receive customers' feedback on order to develop quality medical services and general service as standard
Coordinate service and administrative to serve comfort and utmost satisfaction
Coordinate of services and solutions to the complaints and suggestions of the customers
Liaison between the organization and the service provider is to complete successfully
Create a good experience for customers and the hospital staff to take pride in their involvement with the hospital services

Qualifications
	Male or Female Thai Nationality only Bachelor degree in Arts or any related fields Fresh Graduated also welcome Experience in hospital industry will be advantage Good customer care and service minded Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken English Willing to work on shift Minimum TOEIC score 550

Retrieve a time record from head of each department
Prepare a shift schedule of work and leave
Prepare reports, statistics, lines, and absence from work
Publish the penalty warning letter employee
Arrange shift work schedule
Preparation of documents for use in the Visa and Work permit for foreignemployees
Performing other tasks as has been assigned.

Qualifications

Male or Female 22-30 years
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields
At least 1-3 years experience in HR functions
Knowledge of modern HR Management is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

High level of interpersonal and leadership skills
